How much milk does your LO drink at meal time?

13 month old. Down to 1 bottle a day at night. Starting to offer milk will meals instead. So far I’m only giving it at breakfast and lunch. Just curious how much a day your LO drinks?

My 2yo has never had any milk for a drink. She eats yogurt and cheese and other dairy so we’ve never introduced it as a beverage.

My daughter was drinking 16oz of whole milk (1 cup with breakfast and 1 with supper or bedtime snack) and still is at almost 3. If it was up to her she would drink way more like her dad but I limit her due to it being constipating and she could literally just fill up on milk.

Just keep milk intake under 16oz to avoid interfering with solids. Too much milk can displace proper nutrient intake.
If milk is stealing the show at meals, don’t offer at meal times. 
Make sure babe is drinking 8+oz of water in a day too. 
My daughter doesn’t drink milk. She’s been on only water since she turned 1. She doesn’t care for it and I wasn’t going to push it. She eats plenty of cheese and yogurt to cover the nutrients needed.
