Anteflexed uterus

So I found out after a car accident while receiving a ct scan that my uterus is anteflexed. Not sure if that explains the CONSISTENT AGONY pain I have been feeling for several months now accompanied by lower left back pain is the reason. Anyone have different positioning of their uterus that causes PAIN??? I have never been pregnant although I am 24 suffers from pcos. I am just tired of going through this pain. It’s located on the lower side of my abdomen it sits very low and it’s right on top of my vagina. Anyone with any advice or tips pls feel free to lmk.
