If you had an anterior placenta did you have back labor?

Also, if you’ve had other babies that didn’t have anterior placenta was your labor any different with the one that had anterior placenta? How so?

The back labor is more likely connected to baby's position than the placenta. An OP (occiput posterior/sunny side up) baby is a huge contributor to back labor. 
Change positions frequently. I usually use hands and knees, exaggerated lunge on both sides, side lying release, and flying cowgirl to help baby turn to OA or at the very least not direct OP. 
Look up lavonnes circuit, spinning babies, and bundle birth nurses are great resources also.

With my first I had posterior and had terrible back labor with my second anterior but more pain in n my stomach surprisingly.

I've had both sides and similar feeling labour but neither was back labour. My second also came out sunny side up which was a surprise to all of us so we think she turned while I was in labour haha

I voted by mistake while scrolling. I had an anterior placenta with my son but ended up with a last time scheduled c-section so I didn't go into labor. However, my daughter's daycare provider had an anterior placenta and she had back labor

My 1st was posterior & 2nd-4th were all anterior. No back labor with any of them & all my labors felt the same.

I had a posterior placenta with my first & anterior placenta with my second.. there was no significant difference that I noticed in my labor / delivery. I’m not sure that where your placenta is located effects how labor goes

Both labors felt similar and I had anterior with my first and posterior with my second. No back labor with either.
