Discharge on birth control

This is my second month (almost third month) of taking birth control pills. I start my placebos in two days, but today I noticed a good amount of thick white discharge. It was similar to ovulation discharge that I would have off the pill- but it wasn’t watery or slippery it was more creamy- sorry that’s TMI.

I have had sex a few times this month sometimes with and without a condom- but he ALWAYS pulls out. I also always take my pill at the same time everyday- almost religiously. Literally almost down to the exact minute every single day- the most I’ve ever been off is by 10mins.

Is this common? Should I be worried about pregnancy? I’m also new to the pill so I’ve experienced irregular breakthrough bleeding throughout the month.
