has anyone ever experienced bacterial vaginosis and used boric acid suppositories? I recently learned (on tik tok, I love what social media can teach us) that popping one of these in before sleeping for a few weeks will fix your PH balance. I was skeptical of it working because I’ve dealt with BV off and on for a while, never found a way to get rid of it completely until I tried these. it was my last hope before going to the doctor. it’s only been a few days of using them and I already notice a HUGE difference. so glad I tried them out. the only symptom of BV I had was an awful fishy odor that was present no matter what I did to try and prevent it. I’ve never had itching but occasional burning after urinating. so embarrassing but I know I’m not the only one who’s experienced this. wanted to share this incase anyone else has been struggling with BV like I was!!

ps, do NOT use soap down there to prevent the smell. it only makes it worse because it washes out bacteria which throws off your PH balance even more
