What could be the issue?

Question

Okay, so I’ve been trying to conceive for a while now. I’ve gone to the doctor to do blood work which was normal. And my uterus was positioned in the right spot too.. 
I started tracking ovulation. I got two positives last week. If I don’t become pregnant, what could be the issue? 
I haven’t used birth control for about 6 years now, I’ve never been pregnant.

OPK’s don’t confirm that ovulation actually happened, they only detect the LH surge which happens before a potential ovulation, only BBT confirms that ovulation took place. So unless you BBT, that’s the only way to know for sure that you ovulated. 
In terms of if you don’t get pregnant this cycle, it can be anything. A healthy couple only has a 25-30% chance each month to conceive, it can take healthy couples months/years to get pregnant, doesn’t necessarily mean there’s anything wrong.
