Hardly catch my breathe / breathless

It’s my 7w full ; and I started feeling shortage of breathe .. like when I walk for even few mins I started getting heavy breathe and shortage of breath. I need to catch my breath as if I am jogging ..

I am 35 and it’s my first baby .. is this symptom common ? What is the remedy for this ? I was thinking even it’s just a a start of long journey and I started feeling so so breathless in 7w.. although I am 55 kg and 5.5feet height as my BMI is normal and I m not over weight but still .. ! 🥺
