Why I’m I late ?

I’m was supposed to start my period Monday , today Thursday I’m LATE 4 days !!! I did take a pregnancy test but sadly negative we have been trying for a Year Now … anything ??? Someone help me !!

It's "late" because you didn't ovulate when you expected to. That's very normal and happens to us all at some point.
