Dizziness in third trimester?

Currently 32 weeks pregnant, after having some lunch I felt really dizzy out of nowhere? Anyone felt this before?

My last pregnancy I did, almost every time I ate. My blood pressure was only really bad a couple of times with the feeling so I don't think it was that for me.. It was an awful feeling and it happened the whole pregnancy. May have been my sugar but I didn't have a way to check that. Good luck with everything I hope it stops soon for you! Also I had my son early at 34w, I don't know if it had any corelation AT ALL but just wanted you to know that part too.
