Hsg test

Had a hsg test it was fine not as painful as I imagined everything came back fine! But was told I’ve got a polyp on my cervix she said it’s small and nothing to worry about and wasn’t cause any problems with fertility and wasn’t the cause of any miscarriages but anyone else had this as I’m a bit worried,also she asked how many losses I’ve had and I said I’ve had 4 chemical pregnancies and she went oh so no proper miscarriages which is a bit harsh I’m not upset I understand what she means but could of been more sensitive I suppose x
