Chef Boyardee?

I’ve been eating Chef Boyardee spaghetti and meatballs and ravioli since becoming pregnant. I just had a can right now and I’ve never had any problems. When there isn’t anything appetizing to eat here, I turn to those. I eat them about 3-2 times ALMOST every week 😅.

I’m just now realizing that this could be dangerous but me and my baby have been fine. But I’m still panicking. I’m 18w4d w my first baby. Ik a few things I can’t eat but not everything, never heard about canned foods being dangerous until I searched it up on google. Every time I go to my ultrasound appointments, she always has an strong heart beat and I’m always told that everything looks good. Am I harming my baby without even knowing it? 💔
