How to use Mucinex D??

I’ve heard Mucinex D helps get you pregnant. My question is, when do you take it? I’ve never taken Mucinex before. Would you take it day 1 of your “high fertility” days? And then take it every day of your high fertility days, and ovulation day? Or do you just take it one time, right before you have sex? Any info would be appreciated! Thanks :)

Hi! I took mucinex and conceived my first baby in 2021. This is the mucinex you want, you mostly want it with guaifenesin as that’s what helps to make CM a better environment for sperm travel. I was also using ovulation tests so I knew when I forsure entered my fertile week. I would take mucinex(with a meal) beginning on day 1 of fertile week all the way to ovulation day, and one day after. Drink plenty of water and good luck! Fingers crossed 🤞🏼
