Should I do additional High Risk appointments due to age? (37)

M

My doctor's office offer additional High Risk consulting / appointments if you're over 35. They said it's completely optional and a lot of people decline. The only downsides I can see are potentially additional costs and time. I believe there maybe some nutrition consulting and additional ultrasound check ups, I'll inquire on what else it might involve on my meet & greet with overseeing ObGyn in two weeks. Did you do this? Was it helpful? Was it worth it? (This will be my first birth, 37 at conception, 38 at delivery.)
