Weight during ivf
Anyone gone through IVF and had obvious weight gain? Anything you did to avoid it or bot be so bad? I am overweight again (lost it all 8yrs ago) and in process to lose. Lost 1lb this wk already hehe. I know i will be sticking to it. Just wonder if the healthy eating and tracking will help. Besides a belly bloat that is most likely avoidable. I even wonder if the effect of weight gain is the simple fact of woman eating more cuz of hormones.
