Healthy ways to destress and take the edge off?
I can't even tell you how many times I thought about starting to smoke (I never have and never will, but the thought has crossed my mind). I'm not much of a drinker. I usually have a max of like 2 drinks a year, but some years I have none. I've thought about starting to drink little (like a drink or two a week). But I know that's not healthy and I don't necessarily gave a desire to drink.
What else can have the same affect as cigarettes and alcohol?
