First miscarriage, 10 weeks

Anne • Fri, Oct 03 • Got a BFP our first month TTC. Unfortunately had a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks. Holding out hope and still trying.

I felt like we were so lucky... We got pregnant on our very first try! Well, that luck ran out two weeks ago when I went for my first ultrasound and they couldn't find a heartbeat. The baby measured around 8 weeks. I took the medication to induce a miscarriage, that was the worst night of my life.

Tomorrow I have my follow up with my OB. I'm certain my HCG levels aren't at zero yet because I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was still pretty dark. How long did it take for your hcg levels to get to zero?

Now I can only hope we get lucky and get our rainbow on our first try when we're able to try again.
