I've been producing light/medium amounts of breastmilk since I was 15 years old, now 29 and have never had any "medical issues" linked to it. Sometimes it just happens, but sometimes it can mean something is wrong. Definitely bring it up to a doctor and make sure you are okay!

If you are having stuff come out of your nipples you need to make an appointment with your doctor that's not normal and could be a serious hormonal problem. Even if you were pregnant it would be way too early for that.
