Does anyone have any experience with sun poisoning? ☀️

So I am an indoor girly. On Sunday though I spent about 4 hours outside in the sun (Florida). I wore a hat and kept hydrated but didn’t wear sunscreen. I got only a mild burn on my arms, chest, and face. Like it didn’t even hurt and was barely red/pink. However Sunday night I started coming down with flu like symptoms. Temperature shot up to 101, I was aching all over and was shivering. My head and eyes were also pounding. I went to bed early. But the next day was the same. Fever, aches, chills. No other symptoms. Yesterday the temperature dropped to 99 but I was still have chills and body aches. Now today my fever finally broke but everywhere that was mildly pink is itching so badly. Especially my neck and face. I swear I’ve had such horrible sunburns in my life where I got blisters and I’ve never gotten sun poisoning. I was barely pink this round. Is it possible I still got sun poisoning even though the burn wasn’t that bad? My main complaint right now is the itching and fatigue.
