Induced at 40weeks

Hey y’all! Question— I am 40 years old with my first baby. Because of my age they want to induce me when I hit 40 weeks. I had a friend who just got induced because her baby was small, however, my daughter is measuring in the 70th percentile at 35 weeks.

I would just love to hear some stories about what it’s like to be induced, any advice you might have for me, exercises, or regimens to start before that day that could make labor easier. I was also told to start Evening Primrose vaginally at night. Thank you, in advance
