Left with nothing from abuser

Would I get in legal trouble if I sold things out of my house? We have been locked out& finally get to go in to get things tomorrow due to the landlord. Backstory Abusive husband took everything, he wouldn’t let me get any of our sons stuff nor mine, he won’t give me my share of taxes, he will only pay $100-$150 for child support, He closed all bank accounts we shared and took it all, He won’t let me get any furniture that my mom actually purchased for me bc it was my house prior. He was abusive and made me stay at home , couldn’t work & i finally got away. I don’t have a dime nor anyone to help. Everything in court cost, no legal aid office here i’m in a small town. I’ve gotten free consultations all talk of an attorney that i have no money for. I feel he’s building a case of lies up. I’ve been nervous to apply for child support bc some women say they don’t even get $100 , They denied me for food stamps bc i don’t have any income info bc i don’t have any income. Couldnt get Caps to work bc i don’t have a job yet& no one to keep him to look. He goes out of town with his woman every weekend & make sure I know but won’t give me a divorce even tho i wouldn’t fight for anything to get rid of him. He knows i can’t afford anything & feels he got away with it. We are living with a relative who really doesn’t want us here.
