BD too much? Lube not OK?

Hello all :) so I have a few questions. My husband just returned from a 4 month deployment on the 11th and we were clearness to strt right away! However AF didn't leave until the 13th, but we have BD every day except yesterday (16th). My fertile days says the last week of Dec-Jan and my O test line was dark but not quite a positive, but getting close (maybe O early?) so my question is should we BD every other day? Or are we okay?

​Second question, I tend to be a little dry down there ever since we had our son three years ago so we usually use a water-based lube or saliva via oral sex. Is this bad? Will it reduce our chances of conception?

You can get a sperm friendly lubricant call 'preseed' - I got it on eBay. I'm in the UK - not sure where you are but in USA i think it is called 'conceive plus' (or I might be getting confused and that is a similar product). Either way, both are sperm friendly xx

You're welcome. Oral is amazing....while we are trying...I don't let my husband perform it on me...but I'll do it to him and we just wipe before inserting. The rest of the time when I'm not in my ovulation window...psh! Haha

Walmart has the generic brand of guaifenison for only 88 cents! And I second the previous poster that said that saliva and lube are sperm killer.

That stuff is so expensive :/ but if I don't get a BFP in a month or two I will try that out. Thanks for the input :)

Saliva and Lube kills sperm, unless you use sperm friendly lube like preseed. My friend got pregnant by BDing only three times during her fertile window. As for CM, have you tried drinking a lot of green tea and perhaps Guaifenesin to thin our your CM? That's what I am trying this month, not that I need it but I just wanna improve my chances of getting a bfp.

Also, do you have to BD on day of O? I'm scared I will O on the days the husband has duty which is the 23rd and 28th.
