Pcos- too worry or not?

So the app said a common reason for a 34 day cycle is pcos. If I am getting positives on ovulation tests is this something I should get tested for?

Pcos has lots of other symptoms in addition to a longer cycle length. Are your periods regular? My dr has said cycle length between 23 and 35 days is 'normal' so if you don't have any other symptoms I wouldn't worry!

I would ask your OB/GYN - I have PCOS and I always get an LH surge on my ovulation tests. However, I don't ovulate. I am now on my first round of Clomid to try and get my body to ovulate. 
PCOS can have a wide range of symptoms so it's best to talk with a doctor. A simple hormone test will be able to see if everything is okay or not.

I have gotten a positive every month always when the other apps predict - this my first month with Glow. If no success this month I may get tested just to be sure.

Actually - that depends on how often you are getting positives on ovulation test. Women with pcos can have elevated Lt hormones, that makes it hard for some ovulation tests to work properly. You get false positives. If this is happening to you, I'd definitely speak to a dr about it.
