So in family there's twins my grandma had twins then my aunt had twins what are my chances for me to have twins o.o what are things to do to avoid or to conceive twins ? Or is that not possible

I downloaded this app it tells you tips of how to get prego with twins one of the tips is to eat a lot of sweet potatoes in large amounts and if a girl is still breast feeding there are high chances

Also by taking the medications to get pregnant that helps increase your chances to have twins triplets and so on lol

Well having Twins in your family (on your moms side) increases your chances right there.  If your over 35 that increases your chances as well.  But I'm not sure there's ways to actually make sure on your own that you conceive twins.  I have a friend who is a twin and her chances are 50/50 and she didn't have twins.  She has 2 children but 2yrs apart.  I feel like it's luck of the draw.  Maybe ask your dr.  I'm sure they would have a better answer for you :).  I heard just coming off birth control increases your chances as your body is trying to get back to normal - but again that's just hear say.... Good luck!
