Counting days post ovulation
Hi!
How do you count your dpo if you aren't tracking bbt? I used an opk for the first time this cycle & stopped once I got my LH surge. I know that doesn't mean I certainly ovulated but how do I know what dpo I am? Do I count from the day glow has as my highest percentage day for chance of pregnancy? Thanks!!
