Breast leaking milk could this be a pregnancy sign?

Hey ladies,

​I've all ready got a little girl she's 13 months. And we are TTC for our second. Due AF 16 this month. Did a test few days agai because I've got symptoms, but I've noticed something else weird. I stopped breast feeding 8 months ago and since TTC and possibly being pregnant I've noticed my breasts are leaking a bit of milk again. Could this be an additional sign of being pregnant?

Doubtful if this helps or not but my "babies" are 13 & 10 years old... Stopped breast feeding 9 years ago and I still have some tiny amounts of milk. 
We are now thinking about baby #3 so I am here keeping an open mind and although not quite ttc I love seeing the support on this site and look forward to using this site to its full potential while ttc in the near future :)

@Stacey I experienced the samething last Feb/March. I probably spent a little over $100 on pregnancy tests. Every test came back negative although I was still experiencing pregnancy symptoms. AF was due Feb/March 18 (missed 2cycles) & AF didn't Show until April 20th (the morning of my sons 2nd bday party). I went to My DR. after noticing a stench and being on AF for 10 days... She told me that I had experienced a MC. Our situations may not be the same, but please be cautious and see your DR.!

Unfortunately no:( I thought the same thing it had been 4 years since I breastfeed and noticed it. I called my doctor because someone told me it could be a sign in a tumor. They told me it is normal to keep the milk ducts open.
