Im starting this for buddies I thought I was soo close last month but I'm goin to crack down this month ! Preseed , prenatal and eating better .

No you don't but you can buy them online. But I got mine from my obgyn. Make sure you get a bio identical one so that your body learns to make it instead. Oh and start it only after ovulation and two days before your next period as it can prevent those things if taken all month. But talk to your doctor first to make sure you even need it lol. They will tell you exactly how to use it too.

I just knew the preseed would work !!! But no af reared her ugly head :(   I'm going to get prenatal vitamins and bd everyday during my fertile period . Do you have to go to the doctor and get a prescription for progesterone ?

Same here. I'm on cycle day 5. I was so close last month but I feel like this year is my year lol hubby and I have been officially trying for 8 months now but its been like a year and a half really. I'm also taking progesterone and on a paleo diet.

I'm on cd 4 and I felt the exact same way about last month. I tried preseed for the first time last month, I also take prenatal vitamins, and eating healthier. Me and my fiancé been ttc for 18 months now so it's like I want a baby more than anything but at the same time I'm tired of the heartache and disappointment that comes with ttc but we can def be ttc buddies this month✨ baby dust to you✨
