I am wondering if anyone else has gone through a chemical pregnancy. I got a BFP a few days ago (on multiple tests), but yesterday I felt like something was wrong. I was a week  late, but hadn't developed any pregnancy symptoms. I started cramping and spotting yesterday, and I got a negative pregnancy test this morning. I know I only thought I was pregnant for a short period of time, but my fiancé and I were super excited. Now I'm feeling very sad and disappointed. Has anyone else gone through this? And how did you cope?
