Any Suggestions On What To Do After Sex To Increase The Chances To Get Pregnant?

I actually went to see a Gyn after 6months as I am now over 35 :-/ but all good.. I got pregnant twice before but have no living baby with me ;-( my last daughter was born with HLHS which is a horrible defect and could not be corrected in her case.. she only stayed 2 days with us..

if you try for more than a year and no result they recommend to see a doctor ;-/

Just lay there for awhile afterwards and try not to urinate too quickly afterwards. My BFF who is OB/GYN suggested this. Basically, by staying horizontal you are allowing more time for the sperm to travel.

It took me 5 months to get pregnant first time round, just be patient, try love making 2 days before your most fertile day and 2 days after as well, don't answer me if you don't want to.. Is this your first time trying?x
