PCOS, but never ovulate?

Hi,

New in TTC. New in all of this, sorry in advance for my stupid question.

Doctor said i am having PCOS. Lotsa small eggs, but never ovulate. Thus, having irregular AF .

My question ,

For woman with PCOS

How did eggs burst into AF, if she really never ovulate ?

PCOS woman must ovulate somehow rite to get their eggs off?
