BBT? Please help!!
I have a really hard time tracking my BBT because of night shift. For example, I go to sleep around 5am-8am and I don't wake up until around 2pm-2:30pm. I'm trying to figure out if this is going to interfere with my BBT, or if I should just continue taking my temp as soon as I wake up? PLEASE help. This has been driving me nuts!
