Heating pad while possibly ovulating??

Hi ladies! I'm
​New to this app. About 6 months TTC. MC in sept at 7 weeks. I'm currently in my peak fertility days but I haven't gotten a positive OPK (this is my first month using OPKs). Anyway, I started having this weird constant pain on the left side of my abdomen that hasn't gone away in 24 hours. I'm sitting with a heating bad on right now. Will the heating pad be harmful to potential ovulation?? Probably a stupid question but I thought I would check...

Thanks! Maybe it was.. I discounted it because it lasted for about 24 hours but it could have been. Thanks!!

It's not a stupid question. Heat can effect our body. To be on the safe side, I would probably make sure it was not too hot. It could actually be ovulation cramps that you are experiencing.
