If that's a dollar store one read the directions. On mine if says 2 lines mean surge, one means no surge. My wondfos have to be same or darker, but dollar stores just need 2 lines, period.

When testing on OPK, the test line needs to be as dark or darker than the control line. Test over the next few days and I'm sure you will see it getting darker x

If this is a pregnancy test-- positive. If its an ovulation test--negative.

Is this an ovulation predictor? If so it's negative. Test line should be as dark as control.
