Pcos.. Anybody else??

Hey ladies, I've been ttc for about a year with no luck..
​ I was diagnosed with Policystic OvarianSyndrome... Any other ladies on the same boat? Or any success/suggestions?

My husband just doesn't want me to do meds or kits or shots etc. just wants it to happen.

@ Melanie no clue on how my 10 yr old and 2 yr old came to be other than miracles. Just happen to have sex in the right window I suppose. Was not trying to have either when I had became pregnant with them. Just happened. First one, I was 25. Second was 32. I am married now and DH want a third. Given my age and fertility issues, we started trying when -# 2 was turning 2. And tracking started a while ago. Son will be 3 in May and my daughter 11 in May.

I've had PCOS and hypothyroidism since middle school (about 15 years ago).  My husband and I have been ttc for almost seven months now with no success.  I'm on clomid but not ovulating and was on provera last month since I only get about one period every two or three years.  It's so frustrating at times!  Hang in there though...miracles do happen! :)

So Katie being that your going the natural way with tx PCOS, how did you conceive?

I was dx with pcos around 23. Was told I would need to seek fertility specialist when time came. Dd is 10( not planned) DS is 2( not planned) DH and me decide we want #3. We have been trying for 1yr. tracking last several months. Just found glow. No meds here. I haven't seen specialists. DH wants it to happen naturally:/ sigh. My cycle is random at best. Track cm seems like all is well and either... Bam AF comes or she's absent but no pos test

I just heard from my doctor today with a diagnosis of PCOS. They ran the whole series of blood tests and found nothing wrong with my hormones, thyroid, etc. I finished a 10-day cycle of Provera yesterday as I haven't had my period since October 24. I'd seen it come up in my research but the symptoms I saw didn't match up. Now that I've started digging around, the symptoms of acne, sudden weight gain (10-15 lbs since I went off the pill in September), and carrying weight on my stomach all line up.

I am new here and have pcos and low quality eggs getting treatments when we can afford them but not regularly I wish it would just happen it would be my own miracle

In college I was seeing a nutritionist, working out everyday (multiple times a day), and tracking my caloric intake. It came to the realization of my nutritionist that many days I was only taking in about 1000 calories, but wasn't losing much weight. She encouraged me to go see an endocrinologist for blood work and to figure out if there was something wrong. I got tested for many different thyroid and endocrine problems. I was sent for an ultrasound. Although at the time I didn't have any cysts on my ovaries, the doctor looked at my symptoms (overweight, difficultly losing weight, holding a lot of weight in my midsection, excess body/facial hair, losing my actual hair, etc) and made the diagnosis of PCOS. She then prescribed metformin and encouraged me to keep trying to lose weight.

​Unfortunately, I fell off the wagon with both taking the medicine and losing weight. So I'm trying to get it together.

How were you diagnosed. I'd never heard of it until I started doing some research. I've always had a long cycle and a few times had missed cycles.
