Shift work... When to take bbt?

I'm a RN working days and night shifts. When I work nights I start at 7:30pm and get home at 8:00am. Usually sleep from 9-3pm. When do I take my temp? 
​Anyone have tips for shift workers and conceiving?

Best time is after 4 hours of sleep. As consistently as possible.

I have the same issue. I am a nurse also and work night shift and my shift is 7pm-7am. I haven't been using the BBT method as much because mine is so inconsistent. Let me know what you find as you go along. That was my big question also!
