I have been bloated and gassy for the past few days with lots of clear cm. not sure when af is due next because of irregular periods. Any tips would help thanks

I had a lot of gas in my first trimester with my son. Last month I was super gassy and had horrible gas cramps but then I realize it was an AF sign when it showed up. So it really could be either :/

Clear CM indicates fertility - so if you really do not have a regular cycle, this might be a good time to Bd.
