To early to tell!?

So I'm trying to figure out whats going on me and my SO are trying for our second child, we had sex durning my ovulation, my period isn't till the 10th of feb. But my boobs really hurt and are changing colors and I've had A lot of stomach cramps, when should i test to see ?!
