How do I copy glow charts?

My tech savvy is out the window. How do I copy the glow charts so I can post them here?

Screen cap it. 
​If you're using an apple, hold the on/off button up the top and the circular button down the bottom together and it will take a screen cap which will go straight to your photo album. Then you can upload it to here from there using the little camera icon to the bottom right.

​If you're not using an iPhone, I've no idea.
