This cycle I will try...
So af just arrived. Almost cried in the bathroom at work :( but I've decided to so some things differently this coming cycle... I am going to try and track my bbt, I have been reluctant because I have bad sleeping habits and often wake up in the middle of the night a couple times so I don't know how accurate it will be, but it's worth a shot. I also noticed since tracking with glow that my luteal phase has only been 11 days. I've read up some on naturally increasing Luteal Phase length so I will also be picking up some vitamin C and B6 to take in addition to my prenatal vitamins which I've been taking since I went off the pill in October. I will also continue using opk to try and pinpoint ovulation. Any of you ladies at the beginning of a new cycle? What will you be doing differently this cycle? Also anyone with info on short luteal phase please share as well!
