I am a twin... There are twins every other generation from my moms side! So my kids will have the chance to have twins I think! Lol

Twins run in my family ! My grandma was a twin!! My great grandma had 2 sets of twins! Everyone in my family tells me that I will be the one to have twins ;-) we'll see !! I would love to be blessed with twins cause then I will be done having kids . I am 38  !!

I have a fraternal twin sister and also have identical twin brothers. I have a 1 yr old and am TTC again, maybe it will be twins this time!! :)

yes mam it runs in my dads side and my side(: in fact i am a twin!!(: a faturnal twin! and ive been pregnant twice and both times i was pregnant with twins! the first time with F twins but one vanished and the second time with identical twins which they had ttts and didnt make it:(

​so now im ttc again and terrified the chance of twins but my genetic councelor told me about 1 in 200 pregnancies are twins and about 1/3 of them turn out to be identical. 
​but i dont go by percents anymore lol they always make me thonk theres prolly no chance and then walla it happens!

I was pregnant with twins naturally but lost them at 11 weeks

Fraternal twins does run in families but only the female's family history matters. So it doesn't matter if it runs in your partner's family. It has to do with releasing more than one egg during a cycle, which is only up to the woman. It doesn't really skip generations.

Twins run in our family. My mum even believed that the heavy period she had whilst she was pregnant with me (which meant it was a full 5 months before she knew she was pregnant) might have been a partial miscarriage. My mum and her sisters twin brothers died at birth :( my nan and her mums twins died fairly young.

it always skipped generations in my moms and dads side but im a twin and both times ive been preggo its been twins so i think it just depends on how many eggs you release and if swimmers get to the both of them! twins are kinda scary fer me because of my past history with being pregnant with them. it never went well with my body i suppose. but i do have 1 healthy baby boy so far and hoping fer another healthy baby! but im only 22 so my time should come(:
