Cycle day 23, sharp twinges in uterus?

Its early evening on Cycle day 23 im lying down and started to feel sharp twinges on the left side of my uterus, i don't have constipation etc... Could this be implantation?

Just curious because I'm on cycle day 23 and the same thing has been happening to me. Did it end up being implantation pain?

Nope no spotting yet, it felt like a constant poke, had back pain for last couple of days
