15 months... Husband has zero sperm

This has been a long depressing year. It's devastating knowing we can't have biological kids. Planning to get an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> in May but I nervous what if it doesn't work I don't know how much more I can take, not to mention finding a donor and coming up with $1000 per try.
