Regular periods with PCOS?

Im wondering if anyone here has been diagnosed with PCOS when they have regular cycles??

​I've got many PCOS symptoms and my drs have mentioned it a few times as being a possible issue, but they've never tested me for it.

I went to my Obgyn for a yearly exam in Feb and they did a pelvic ultrasound because I was feeling ovarian pain which I just contributed to feeling myself ovulate. They diagnosed me with "polycystic like ovaries" because I'm at a normal weight, have normal 30day cycles and don't have all the characteristics needed for a pcos diagnosis but have several immature follicoles. If anything I'm more confused then ever. Husband and I are going on our fifth cycle of TTC. Have been using OPKs (getting surges) as well as charting BBT. So I'm not sure. Obgyn told me to come back if we were not pregnant after 6 months of actively trying. Long story short, it's very possible to have some sort of pcos and regular cycles.

i have i was told in may or june that have PCOS and i get my af regularly every minth but this month af came for only 4 day and stop so my gyn put me on provera so that i can take clomid

I have pcos and regular periods. They used to be very irregular but after I had my first daughter they became regular.
