Anyone need a d&c for polyp removal?

Question

I am scheduled for a hysterscopy/d&c to remove 4 polyps seen on a saline hsg test. I'm 40, have 3.7 tsh and low vitamin d. I'm on 75 mg Lexo and Vita D supps and prenatals. 
​What do you think my chances are conceiving after d&c? We've Ben ttc 8 months. Any advice greatly appreciated!

I *almost* needed a D&C for uterine polyp removal. I ended up passing it naturally on my own so the procedure wasnt needed. But my GYN said that polyps can function like an IUD, so that may be a contributing factor to lack of pregnancy. Are your cycles normally 'regular', do you have any other diagnosed issues, etc?
