What helped you get pregnant?

Is there anyone out there who was TTC for several months, and then after   switching things up got a BFP? If so, what worked for you?

Thanks Sarah!  I did read that book and I found it very enlightening. I currently take daily ovulation tests, track CM, take my BBT, and and take prenatal vitamins daily. I just learned about the soft cup thing, so I may give that a shot.

I also started taking an extre 100 mg of B6 a day

Get that book"  Taking charge of your fertility " read it inside and out ,  I tracked my bbt and cervical mucous and got pregnant the next month !

We were on month 7 ttc #2. This cycle I decided to start using opks (dollar store plus digital as back up). We also used preseed, I took Robitussin to thin my cm, I drank Pom juice to thicken my uterine lining, softcups and we also did smep. I got my (shadow) bfp surprisingly early (for me anyway..) at 11 dpo and one with color at 13 dpo :) Baby dust to you :)

I started taking prenatals without skipping a day last month and I just found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant. That was the only different thing I did

I relaxed more this month. I didn't use opk's or anything I just followed glow and bd and just had fun with it. I did take prenatal vitamins, we used preseed(second month using)  and that was it we been ttc for 18 months and after trying that long, you kind of expect AF to show and she was late three days before I tested. I'm living proof that it will happen for anyone just try not to stress✨Baby dust✨

Hi it took 10 months to conceive my daughter and only 2 months ttc with this pregnancy I believe the key is to relax an de-stress! Baby dust to you xx
