Any tips to thicken uterine lining??

Heard this is a common problem with Clomid and wondering if anyone has any idea of what to take(vitamin?) to make uterus lining thicker so the little bean will stick?  Thanks!

I take one ashwagandha and one shatavari every day. They are good for your reproductive system (includes thickening of uterine lining), hormones, stress. I was recommended by one of the vitamin specialists at Central Market. She also happened to b TTC.

I've heard taking a baby aspirin daily is helpful. I plan on taking it once I start my clomid which will be in a few days.
