Ovulating during af ? Help! Normal?

So I've been ttc for 18 month #3 Pcos  first month using ovulation strips . I tested last day of period including a little blood this is what I got.? Anyone ever got these results? Will I still ovulate when glow says ?​​

They are not positive. Your body has LH in it all the time, enough to have faint line. My strips looked like that for 14 days! It's only positive if the test line is as dark or darker than control line. GL!
