4 days of spotting and period is after 10 days what do you think is this 
​Doctor told me that i have small eggs and she give me  glucophage i've been taking it for 10 days now start from day 12 of my cycle ( sorry for bad english )

I think you probably have pcos. And that glucophage will help greatly.  :-)
