How can u tell if your cervix is high or low?

I need to know everything there is to know. Such as when to feel if ovulation accured . High or low cervix

When checking my cervix I always use 2 clean fingers and almost squeeze my cervix lol bring them together haha it's the best way to check your cervical mucus! If you do this every day you will definately see the difference in fertile and non fertile cm!!! Lol love ewcm!!! Get so pumped over it :)

You just have to feel everyday at the same time . Some days will feel higher some will feel lower. You have to learn your body. For me I can barely feel my cervix when ovulating and it's soft kind of swollen feeling. When I'm not it is hard it is firm feeling you can't really push on it it is also like right there when i put  my finger in. And mine gets supper closed. Like there isn't even a hole. I also have it where I have a medium cervix which isn't fertile either but getting close to. There is a lot of information online just need to search hard ha. Hope this helps. (:

You can check what position your cervix is in by inserting a clean finger, or two (whichever you feel is more comfortable) into your vagina. Your cervix will feel higher up or lower down depending on where you are in your cycle. It's easiest checked when either sitting on the toilet, or squatting or even by placing one foot on the edge of the bathtub. The cervix will feel like the tip of your nose when you're not fertil & more like your lips when you are. Sometimes it's hard to find it, but once you feel it you'll know it's your cervix. (Sorry for long answer!!)
