When does Temp spike after ov?

Question

How many days after your first positive ovulation test (LH surge) does your temperature spike? 
​I got a positive ovulation test on Saturday and my temperature has not spiked yet.

I got a +OPK on 2/17 and a slightly higher bbt today (from 97.2 to 97.6 on 2/20) but not a huge jump...little worried it was a false positive OPK but let's see...let me know if it happens for you! GL

Also, I would trust opks over bbt. So you probably ovulated, but just didn't catch the spike.

For me I got a + opk on 2/13 and my temp spiked on 2/15 and then even higher on 2/16. I assume my ovulation was probably 2/14.  I usually have that same pattern most months.
