Fertile window random change?

My name is Lauren.. I'm CD21, AF was from feb 4-9 and fertile window the 12-18. I noticed on my app today that my fertile window randomly changed from the 18-24?!? I've been tracking my CM and BBT.. Did anyone else have this happen to them? Not sure what's going on!

Yes I have had the same - my fertile window randomly changed last month and Glow support couldn't change it back. The same thing has happened again for me this month. My fertile window is say cycle das 13-20 as opposed to 10-15.
